Q1. Can we view the cars before finalising our booking?

A. Yes, we encourage you to do this. All cars are owned by us and are garaged near Chester and you can discuss the suitability of each car and any combinations for your particular day.

Q2. How long will we have the cars for on the day?

A. Every wedding is different depending on the distance between homes, the church, venue for reception and time required for photographs at each location. We can quote a price for exactly what you require which may include a car to take you to an airport or hotel for your honeymoon. Generally, the Wedding cars are yours for about 3 to 4 hours and will not be used for any other weddings on the same day.

Q3. How many cars will we need on the day?

A. You should consider the main car for the bride, a car for the bridesmaids and the parents of bride and groom, although parents may have their own cars. In addition, the groom and best man may wish to arrive in style, possibly in a car like the Panther in our collection (Oliver Reed and Elton John had one of these cars).

Q4.  Do you provide flowers in the cars?

A.  Yes, we provide good quality silk flowers as part of the price; these are a combination of ivory, white and cream so they blend with the wedding theme. Fresh flowers can be accommodated in certain cars at additional cost or your chosen florist can provide to our approval.

Q5.  Do you provide chilled champagne for the bride and groom?

A.  Yes, we supply in the car a half bottle of chilled champagne (French Premier Grand Cru) with crystal glasses for the journey. We do not permit the drinking of red wine or rose wine in the cars for fear of spillage and stains to carpets and leather upholstery.

Q6.  Will our chauffeur be wearing a uniform?

A.  Yes, your chauffeurs will be wearing a full uniform in dark grey/blue. In the case of the Edwardian cars, the uniform will be the traditional dress of the 1920's - a cap and long black boots. For the later Bentley and Rolls Royce cars, the chauffeurs will wear matching suits with caps, black shoes and gloves.

Q7.  Do you provide cars for weekday weddings?

A.  Yes, all options are available for weekday weddings at reduced rates.

Q8.  What happens if our chosen car breaks down and is not available for our wedding?

A. If this should happen then we have other high quality cars available.

Q9.  What happens if our wedding car breaks down during the event?

A.  All our cars are very well maintained low mileage vehicles. It is extremely unlikely that a breakdown will occur, but should this happen then a replacement car will be sent to assist. A puncture will be dealt with by a wheel change either by the driver or by Associated Tyre Services (ATS).

Q10.  What are your Payment Terms?

A.  A minimum deposit of 50% of the total invoice value (non-refundable) is required to reserve the cars and the date of your wedding. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.
